Very clear points! I think it’s particularly important to solicit the employee’s input and not let the meeting be a one sided conversation.

Folks, I found a really clear outline for doing Performance Reviews. I think the most important thing here is to engage the employee and make the meeting a two way conversation. That way you can get his or her support behind mutually accepted performance goals.
